Hi, I’m Abbey! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in WA and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in NJ. My goal is to empower you to show up as you are and leave each session feeling valued, heard and trusted. I am here to help you process your feelings, emotions and thoughts to bring clarity and growth to the areas you would like to work on. My style is direct, while remaining compassionate. My clients most often come to me ready to make changes and are looking for a guide to help them navigate life’s obstacles. We will work together in this adventure of life, rise up to challenges and harness your innate ways to thrive.
I work with ages 18+. My specialty areas are communication skills, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, ADHD, narcissistic abuse, self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, trauma, and significant life transitions.
I am poly and kink affirming. I have experience working with military affiliation and sex workers.
